Message	and add a STB preferably one that ties into the firewall, and I'd think you will be fine. AFAIK it's pretty common place for race prepped cars to gut out the lamp buckets and rad core support to make room for better ducting. As long as all your suspension points are solid I don't see a problem with it. The tension rod mounting location might be an issue. for reference:
